📌 본 이용약관은 "하루의 건강블로그(health67100.blogspot.com)" 이용에 관한 기본적인 사항을 규정합니다.

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 "하루의 건강블로그(health67100.blogspot.com)"(이하 "블로그")가 제공하는 모든 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 블로그 운영자와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항, 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (정의)

본 약관에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 다음과 같습니다:

1. "블로그"란 건강 및 의료 정보를 제공하는 웹사이트 "하루의 건강블로그(health67100.blogspot.com)"를 의미합니다.
2. "이용자"란 본 블로그에 접속하여 이 약관에 따라 블로그가 제공하는 서비스를 받는 모든 사람을 말합니다.
3. "게시물"이란 블로그에 게재된 모든 글, 사진, 영상, 파일, 링크 등의 정보를 말합니다.
4. "댓글"이란 이용자가 블로그의 게시물에 대해 작성한 의견이나 정보를 말합니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

1. 본 약관은 블로그를 통해 공시하고, 이용자가 블로그를 이용함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
2. 블로그는 필요한 경우 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다.
3. 약관이 변경되는 경우, 블로그는 변경 사항을 시행일자 7일 전부터 블로그를 통해 공지합니다.
4. 이용자가 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우, 블로그 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 변경된 약관의 효력 발생일 이후에도 블로그를 계속 이용하는 경우 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

제4조 (서비스의 제공)

1. 블로그는 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다:
   • 건강 및 의료 관련 정보 콘텐츠
   • 영양, 질병 예방, 건강검진 등에 관한 가이드
   • 댓글을 통한 의견 교환 서비스
   • 기타 블로그가 추가 개발하거나 제휴 계약 등을 통해 제공하는 일체의 서비스
2. 블로그는 연중무휴, 1일 24시간 서비스 제공을 원칙으로 합니다. 다만, 시스템 점검, 서버 장애 등의 사유로 서비스 제공이 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.
3. 블로그는 서비스의 내용, 운영 방식 등을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 블로그를 통해 공지합니다.

제5조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다:

1. 타인의 개인정보를 도용하거나 부정하게 사용하는 행위
2. 블로그에 게시된 정보를 무단으로 변경, 삭제하는 행위
3. 블로그 운영자 또는 제3자의 지적재산권을 침해하는 행위
4. 블로그 운영자 또는 제3자의 명예를 훼손하거나 업무를 방해하는 행위
5. 외설적이거나 폭력적인 메시지, 화상, 음성, 기타 공서양속에 반하는 정보를 블로그에 공개 또는 게시하는 행위
6. 허위 정보를 게시하거나 유포하는 행위
7. 상업적 광고나 스팸성 댓글을 게시하는 행위
8. 컴퓨터 소프트웨어, 하드웨어, 전기통신 장비를 파괴, 방해 또는 기능을 제한하기 위한 소프트웨어 바이러스를 유포하는 행위
9. 기타 불법적이거나 부당한 행위

제6조 (게시물의 관리)

1. 이용자가 작성한 게시물 및 댓글에 대한 책임은 전적으로 해당 이용자에게 있습니다.
2. 블로그는 게시물이 다음 각 호에 해당한다고 판단되는 경우, 사전 통지 없이 삭제할 수 있습니다:
   • 본 약관 제5조를 위반한 경우
   • 타인의 권리나 명예, 신용, 기타 정당한 이익을 침해하는 경우
   • 범죄 행위와 관련이 있다고 판단되는 경우
   • 블로그의 운영 목적에 맞지 않는 경우
   • 기타 관련 법령에 위배되는 경우
3. 블로그는 게시물에 대한 세부 이용지침을 별도로 정하여 시행할 수 있습니다.

제7조 (저작권 및 지적재산권)

1. 블로그가 작성한 게시물에 대한 저작권 및 기타 지적재산권은 블로그 운영자에게 귀속됩니다.
2. 이용자는 블로그를 이용함으로써 얻은 정보를 블로그 운영자의 사전 승낙 없이 복제, 송신, 출판, 배포, 방송, 기타 방법으로 이용하거나 제3자에게 이용하게 하여서는 안 됩니다.
3. 이용자가 작성한 게시물 및 댓글에 대한 저작권은 해당 이용자에게 있으며, 블로그는 서비스 제공 및 홍보 목적으로 이를 사용할 수 있습니다.
4. 블로그는 이용자가 게시하거나 등록하는 서비스 내의 게시물에 대해 복제, 수정, 전시, 전송, 배포 등의 권리를 가지며, 이를 상업적으로 이용할 수 있습니다.

제8조 (개인정보 보호)

1. 블로그는 이용자의 개인정보 보호를 위해 「개인정보 보호법」, 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
2. 블로그의 개인정보 처리방침은 관련 법령 및 블로그의 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.
3. 블로그는 Google Blogger 플랫폼을 사용하며, Google의 개인정보 처리방침도 적용됩니다.
4. 블로그는 이용자의 귀책사유로 인해 노출된 개인정보에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제9조 (면책사항)

1. 블로그는 천재지변, 전쟁, 기간통신사업자의 서비스 중지 등 불가항력으로 인하여 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우 책임이 면제됩니다.
2. 블로그는 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
3. 블로그는 이용자가 서비스를 이용하여 기대하는 수익을 얻지 못하거나 상실한 것에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
4. 블로그는 이용자가 게재한 정보, 자료, 사실의 신뢰도, 정확성 등의 내용에 관하여는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
5. 블로그에 게재된 건강 및 의료 정보는 일반적인 정보 제공 목적이며, 전문적인 의학적 조언을 대체하지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 별도의 면책사항(Disclaimer)을 참조하시기 바랍니다.

제10조 (광고 및 링크)

1. 블로그는 서비스 운영과 관련하여 블로그 화면, 게시물 내에 광고를 게재할 수 있습니다.
2. 블로그에 게재되어 있는 광고 또는 제3자가 제공하는 광고에 이용자가 참여하거나 교신 또는 거래를 함으로써 발생하는 손실과 손해에 대해 블로그는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
3. 블로그는 제휴 마케팅 링크를 포함할 수 있으며, 이를 통한 구매 시 소정의 수수료를 받을 수 있습니다.
4. 블로그는 외부 사이트로의 링크를 제공할 수 있으나, 해당 사이트의 내용이나 서비스에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제11조 (서비스 이용의 제한 및 중지)

1. 블로그는 이용자가 본 약관의 의무를 위반하거나 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해한 경우, 경고, 일시정지, 영구이용정지 등으로 서비스 이용을 단계적으로 제한할 수 있습니다.
2. 블로그는 전항에도 불구하고, 「저작권법」 및 「컴퓨터프로그램보호법」을 위반한 불법프로그램의 제공 및 운영방해, 「정보통신망법」을 위반한 불법통신 및 해킹, 악성프로그램의 배포, 접속권한 초과행위 등과 같이 관련법을 위반한 경우에는 즉시 영구이용정지를 할 수 있습니다.
3. 본 조에 따라 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 중지한 경우에는 블로그는 해당 사실을 이용자에게 통지합니다.

제12조 (분쟁 해결)

1. 블로그는 이용자가 제기하는 정당한 의견이나 불만을 반영하고 그 피해를 보상처리하기 위하여 노력합니다.
2. 블로그와 이용자 간에 발생한 분쟁은 전자문서 및 전자거래 기본법에 의해 설치된 전자문서·전자거래분쟁조정위원회의 조정에 따를 수 있습니다.
3. 본 약관과 관련하여 블로그와 이용자 사이에 발생한 분쟁에 관한 소송은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 민사소송법상의 관할법원을 전속 관할법원으로 합니다.

Legal Agreement

📌 These Terms of Use govern the basic matters relating to the use of "Haru's Health Blog (health67100.blogspot.com)".

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to prescribe the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the blog operator and users, and other necessary matters related to the use of all services provided by "Haru's Health Blog (health67100.blogspot.com)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Blog").

Article 2 (Definitions)

3. "Posts" means all information such as articles, photos, videos, files, and links posted on the Blog.

4. If users do not agree to the changed Terms, they may discontinue using the Blog. Continued use of the Blog after the effective date of the changed Terms shall be deemed as consent to the changed Terms.

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

   • Health and medical information content
   • Guides on nutrition, disease prevention, health checkups, etc.
   • Opinion exchange services through comments
   • All other services additionally developed by the Blog or provided through partnership agreements
2. The Blog shall provide services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle. However, service provision may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, server failure, etc.
3. The Blog may change the content and operation method of services, and shall notify through the Blog when changed.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

1. Stealing or fraudulently using others' personal information
2. Unauthorized modification or deletion of information posted on the Blog
3. Infringing intellectual property rights of the Blog operator or third parties
4. Defaming or interfering with the business of the Blog operator or third parties
5. Publishing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other information contrary to public morals on the Blog
6. Posting or distributing false information
7. Posting commercial advertisements or spam comments
8. Distributing software viruses designed to destroy, interfere with, or limit the function of computer software, hardware, or telecommunication equipment
9. Other illegal or improper acts

Article 6 (Management of Posts)

1. Users are solely responsible for posts and comments they create.
2. The Blog may delete posts without prior notice if they are deemed to fall under any of the following:
   • Violation of Article 5 of these Terms
   • Infringement of others' rights, honor, credit, or other legitimate interests
   • Deemed to be related to criminal acts
   • Inconsistent with the operational purpose of the Blog
   • Violation of other relevant laws
3. The Blog may separately establish and implement detailed usage guidelines for posts.

Article 7 (Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights)

1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights for posts created by the Blog belong to the Blog operator.
2. Users shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use information obtained from using the Blog, or allow third parties to use it, without prior consent of the Blog operator.
3. Copyright for posts and comments created by users belongs to the respective users, and the Blog may use them for service provision and promotional purposes.
4. The Blog has the right to reproduce, modify, display, transmit, and distribute posts posted or registered by users within the service, and may use them commercially.

Article 8 (Privacy Protection)

1. The Blog complies with relevant laws such as the "Personal Information Protection Act" and the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection" to protect users' personal information.
2. The Blog's privacy policy follows relevant laws and the Blog's privacy policy.
3. The Blog uses the Google Blogger platform, and Google's privacy policy also applies.
4. The Blog is not responsible for personal information exposed due to users' own fault.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

1. The Blog is exempted from liability when unable to provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunications service suspension.
2. The Blog is not responsible for service usage problems caused by users' own fault.
3. The Blog is not responsible for users' failure to obtain expected profits or losses through using the service.
4. The Blog is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, etc. of information, materials, and facts posted by users.

Article 10 (Advertising and Links)

1. The Blog may post advertisements on the Blog screen and within posts in relation to service operation.
2. The Blog is not responsible for losses and damages arising from users' participation in, communication with, or transactions with advertisements posted on the Blog or provided by third parties.
3. The Blog may include affiliate marketing links and may receive a commission from purchases made through them.
4. The Blog may provide links to external sites but is not responsible for the content or services of those sites.

Article 11 (Restriction and Suspension of Service Use)

1. The Blog may gradually restrict service use through warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent suspension if users violate obligations under these Terms or interfere with normal operation of the service.
2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the Blog may immediately permanently suspend service use in cases of violating relevant laws such as providing and operating illegal programs that violate the "Copyright Act" and "Computer Program Protection Act", illegal communication and hacking that violate the "Information and Communications Network Act", distributing malicious programs, and exceeding access authority.
3. When service use is restricted or suspended according to this Article, the Blog shall notify the user of the fact.

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)

1. The Blog strives to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and compensate for their damages.
2. Disputes arising between the Blog and users may follow the mediation of the Electronic Document and Electronic Transaction Dispute Mediation Committee established under the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions.
3. Litigation regarding disputes arising between the Blog and users related to these Terms shall be governed by Korean law, and the court of competent jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Addendum

1. Effective Date: These Terms shall be effective from November 27, 2025.

Matters not specified in these Terms and interpretation of these Terms shall follow the "Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce", "Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions", "Consumer Protection Guidelines in Electronic Commerce" established by the Fair Trade Commission, and relevant laws or commercial practices.
